Coastline Kids offers a place where children from birth through fifth grade can discover and develop a passion for God. Through worship, teaching, and a variety of fun activities, children are exposed to God's Word and challenged to grow in their relationship with God.
Our children's services are fully staffed with adults and high school students who are committed to teaching and ministering to children. There is also an extensive background check on anyone serving in Coastline Kids so you can be confident that your child is well-cared for and having a great time learning about God in a safe environment while you worship.

Coastline Kids Camp is a weeklong camp for kids from ages 4 through incoming 5th graders that uses sports, science and the arts to teach positive values while kids make new friends. It is an amazing & memorable week with a powerful message! Campers will learn from stories, object lessons, music, and examples from the Bible that will help them learn how to live their everyday lives.
Coastline Kids offers a midweek program for children ages 3 thru 5th grade called AWANA. If you're looking for a program during the week to spiritually grow your children in a fun and engaging way, we highly encourage enrolling today. AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" (2 Timothy 2:15). It's a weekly bible program that focuses on the Gospel and serving Christ. Our kids hear a great weekly message, play fun team games, memorize scripture, and learn just what it means to be a follower of Jesus!
When: Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm
Where: Coastline Church Family Center, 2215 Calle Barcelona, Carlsbad, CA 92009
Dates: September 6, 2017 - May 30, 2018
Ages: 3 years old (by Sept.) through 5th grade
Our midweek program is designed to reach kids for Christ through fun, scripture-rich experiences that lead them to know, love and serve Him. Here's a sample of what to expect each week:
- Game Time is comprised of exciting circle games that are high energy and team based.
- Handbook Time provides small-group interaction and recitation of Scripture that kids learned during the week. It also encourages friendship building and opportunities for leaders to mentor children and help them understand the Bible verses they are learning.
- Large Group Time consists of worship, Bible teaching and awards.

We strongly encourage parents to participate by being "listeners" as our kids practice their Bible memorization or help with our Game Time. If you want to serve on the AWANA team, please contact Vikki Brown.

Throughout the New Testament, the Bible teaches that baptism is a public expression of worship symbolizing the new life we have when we follow Jesus. In the Bible we see that Jesus’ parents dedicated Him to the Lord, and He was later baptized as an adult. This ceremony is intended to be a commitment between the you and God on the behalf of the child. As a parent, you're promising to raise your child in the faith until they're old enough to make their own personal decision to follow Christ.
