Every other Friday, starting August 21st, the student leaders are coordinating a beach hangout, 5:30pm-7:00pm, at Moonlight State Beach in Encinitas, California. It is located on fifth of a mile beyond the point where Encinitas Boulevard turns into B Street after it crosses Highway 101.
