Josh is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. After serving 10 years on active duty in the Army as a Combat Arms Officer and holding leadership positions at every level, Josh finished out his service instructing small unit tactics and organizational leadership as a teacher back at West Point. He then moved to San Diego in 2017 and worked for a large multi-billion dollar corporation as a Regional Sales Manager in Aerospace & Defense. During that time he also began consulting for small businesses and churches in Organizational Leadership. While working on a project for Coastline Church, he felt called to leave his corporate career and begin full-time ministry at Coastline, where he now serves as the Operations Director and Chief of Staff for the church. Josh hosts a zoom class every other week to discuss relevant topics and lessons in leadership!
